In what format should I submit my entry?

Submissions must be in the form of a printed bound document consisting of a maximum of eight single-sided A3 sheets, plus a title page. A completed declaration sheet must also be included, along with a CD containing a PDF version of your submission.

I have registered online for the brief but have not yet received anything.

Within minutes of registering you should have received a confirmation email containing two web-links – one for the project brief and another for the declaration form. If you have not received this email, please try re-registering. If this is unsuccessful, please email info@villagearchitectspanel.com.

Can the 'Key Project' be a current (un-built) project?

As stated in the project brief, the ‘Key Project’ must a built project, however 4.1B does provide an opportunity for practices to illustrate current/un-built projects.

Can the submission be in the form of a 16-sided A4 document (rather than eight A3 sides)?

A4 documents are not admissible. Submissions must be in the form of a printed bound document consisting of a maximum of eight single-sided A3 sheets, plus a title page. An A4 declaration form must also be completed and attached to the A3 document.
